separate sinks efficient service
The hotel provided complimentary newspapers daily. The room included two separate sinks, which I found very convenient. There was a Delicatessen on the ground floor. The cleaning service was efficient and done whenever requested.
The elevators seemed a bit slow to me. This caused minor delays.

really good service convenient location abundant eateries
I experienced really good service throughout the hotel. The bar staff was attentive. I found this stay wonderful. The location offers extreme convenience! Hibiya train station is nearby. Ginza is within walking distance. I saw many streets with abundant eateries. Such an array of breakfast options exists! I had an amazing stay.
The hotel felt a little dated. Perhaps some modernization could improve the overall aesthetic, though it remains a minor point.

The hotel stands in a VERY convenient spot near the Imperial Palace. Several subway stations exist nearby and connect guests to various parts of the city. A walk to Ginza takes only a few minutes. It offers easy access to shopping and dining.

the staff was always ready to help with anything i needed the breakfast was delicious and offered both japanese and western options the room had a separate seating area that was useful for working i appreciated the turndown service each evening it made the room extra cozy
i found the gym to be somewhat small it only had a few cardio machines

my stay started flawlessly! the staff greeted me with warm smiles and efficient service. i found my superior double room particularly spacious. the complimentary high-speed wi-fi was a plus, enabling seamless connectivity.

The hotel provided superior service. The location is convenient to explore nearby dining and shopping, also accessing trains is easy. The public bath was complete.
The hotel staff redirected me to places where they wanted me to be rather than where i wanted to be. That was slightly unpleasant.
